The fourth was fun !! Though Indians ourselves, in honour of our little American boy, we planned to wear the colours and go for the 4th of July fireworks at Point State Park... that is where a lot of Pittsburgh-ers had assembled. most of the evening K was happy... shouting and cheering with the crowd. but he had a complete meltdown when the fireworks begun. we had been hanging out in Pitt-downtown for a while so by the time the show begun.. our boy was totally exhausted.. and the last thing he wanted was the noise of the fire-crackers. we had to pack off half-way through the show :( nevertheless we enjoyed the day and hope to plan it better the next fourth of July !
